New parking facilities at the train station: a step to the mobility turnaround

The new bike & ride systems that offer over 300 parking spaces are part of a comprehensive project that aims to improve mobility in the region. On the east side, directly on the Zeidler of Görz Straße, 250 parking spaces were shown, while 50 additional places for cyclists were created in the west on Willroiderstraße.

In addition, there are 36 parking spaces for motorcycles, 11 KISS & RIDE places for quick collection and four places for people with disabilities. These measures are part of a larger mobility concept that is supposed to transform the surrounding area of the main train station and better connect them to the urban cycle path network.
