New Café Les Fleurs in Althofen: Enjoyment in vintage style!
The new “Café Les Fleurs” opened at Friesacherstraße 2 in Althofen on July 11, 2025. The newly designed café is located next to Blumen Genuss Hasshold and is run by Sabine Goritschnig and her daughter Luca Fortuna. The interior of the café was designed in a charming French vintage style, with the Moser carpentry workshop from Althofen being responsible for the elegant design.
The café offers an exclusive collaboration with the Viennese coffee roaster Daniel Moser, which allows guests to enjoy special coffee specialties. Coffee sales, which were previously only available at Feuerberg in Carinthia, are now also available in Althofen. The range on offer includes both classic and flavored flavor coffees, including flavorful options such as coconut, hazelnut and caramel.
Offer and experience
The drinks menu at “Les Fleurs” offers many delicious alternatives that appeal to more than just coffee lovers. These include Matcha Latte, Chai Latte, and Affogato with pistachio ice cream. The classic cocoa with marshmallows as well as refreshing summer drinks such as limoncello and orange cello spritz are also available. For those who are in a hurry, there is an option for “coffee to go”.
The culinary offering is complemented by homemade pastries such as tiramisu and cupcakes, with the range being adjusted seasonally. The cafe's opening hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, allowing visitors flexible scheduling.
The coffee trend of 2025
The opening of “Café Les Fleurs” comes at a time when coffee culture is fundamentally changing. According to current developments internorga.com, coffee is increasingly becoming a pleasure experience that relies on innovation, sustainability and individuality. Methods such as cold brew and nitro coffee are very popular, and the trend towards plant-based milk alternatives, especially oat, almond and cashew milk, is increasing. External providers present their plant products at events such as INTERNORGA 2025, where demand for specialty coffee and single-origin coffees is increasing significantly.
Considering all these trends, Café Les Fleurs offers not only a cozy atmosphere but also the opportunity to experience the latest innovations in coffee culture. The focus on exclusive coffee specialties and the stylish ambience make the new café a promising hotspot for all coffee lovers in Althofen.
