An exciting Friday morning, November 15th, 2024, brought the dreaded speed controls for drivers in Waldrohrbach and Oberhausen! The traffic offenders were taken to task on the busy B48 in the direction of Annweiler and the B427 at the entrance to Oberhausen in the direction of Hergersweiler. This is where the fun stopped for some drivers!

In Waldrohrbach the lightning struck mercilessly: At a top speed of 50 km/h, the law enforcement officers discovered a whopping 16 drivers who stepped on the accelerator! And also in Oberhausen, where the speed limit is 70 km/h, 9 vehicle drivers had to face the unpleasant reality of traveling too fast! The consequences are clear: these speeding violations were not left without consequences and are punished with fines.
