News from nature: exciting lectures in the Mauritianum Altenburg!
An exciting event for nature lovers is imminent! On November 9th, the Natural Researching Gesellschaft Altenburg (NFGA) invites you to an exciting lecture and exchange morning in the Mauritianum Altenburg Natural History Museum. Under the motto "What's new from the nature of the Altenburger Land?" The day begins at 9:30 a.m. and promises to inspire visitors with fascinating insights into the regional flora and fauna. Experienced leisure researchers, mostly members of the NFGA, will share their latest observations in short lectures, including questions such as "eat hooked kingfish?" And "Why Love wasps in autumn water buffalo back?"
The event series "Researching in Altenburger Land" was launched in 2017, but could not be continued due to the Corona Pandemicism 2020. Since 2023 it has been taking place once or twice every year and attracts those interested in nature from the region. The detailed program can be found on the NFGA website, where the participants can look forward to an informative morning.
