Father in court: the most serious allegations against 27-year-olds in Plön!

At the Plön District Court, the trial against a 27-year-old man began on January 10, 2025, who is charged with serious assault in his nine-month-old son. The incident occurred on November 4, 2023 during a celebration in the accused's apartment in Preetz, in the Plön district.

The public prosecutor accuses the Ukrainian citizen of having hurt his son massively on the head. The defendant denies that he has intentionally injured the child and claims that there was a dispute with another man during a dispute. The accused was drunk at the time of the incident.

Details of the incident

A total of four people were present at the celebration, including a friend of friends. After the child's mother left the apartment for a walk with a friend, there was a dispute between the men. According to the indictment, the accused joined the child in the children's room and is said to have massively affected the baby's head during the absence of the two women.

A witness reported that he heard clapping noises and the cry of the child and asked the defendant to open the door. When the accused did this, he hit the witness in the face. The witness was able to leave the apartment and informed the accused's partner and the mother's girlfriend.
