A total of 450 police officers were in the arena. While some units were modern, other officials had to improvise and share a protective suit! The "special car 5" from Ratzeburg, a vehicle over 30 years old, was the only armored vehicle. In an emergency, it could take hours for modern vehicles to be on site, which puts the emergency services under enormous pressure.

The exercise was logistically a challenge because the road on the arena could not be locked up. Banner informed passers -by about the exercise, while the neighborhood was warned in advance. "The population expects us to be prepared for such situations," said von Bresinski. The training was a complete success: "We achieved all exercise goals," took Sascha Jahn, head of department of the federal police, satisfied.
