Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Deutschland - Wolfen/Mz. - The fools are going! Bitterfeld-Wolfen has joined the hustle and bustle of the fifth season! On Saturday, November 16, the happy members of the carnival club Thalheim (FKT) stormed the Wolfen town hall and took over with a deafening canon thunder at 11.11 a.m. Mayor Armin Schenk (CDU) had to give up and symbolically handed over the city's key to the Jecken!

But that wasn't everything! The fools not only received the key, but also an empty household budget - of course with a wink! The celebrations were rounded off with a colorful program of the carnival club and a delicious buffet of pancakes and drinks for the numerous visitors. And the best? On the same evening at 7.30 p.m., the first fool's ball of the 34th session starts in the Thalheim gymnasium under the motto "33 years FKT" - a festival that should not be missed!
