At around 7:35 p.m., the police stopped him on busy Mannheimer Strasse - and what they discovered couldn't be more shocking. Not only did the man confess that he was driving without a valid driver's license, but he also revealed that he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol!

The police immediately noticed signs of drug use. The suspect was tricked into admitting to using amphetamine and cannabis! Of course, the officers quickly found a cigarette pack containing the relevant substances – clear evidence of his criminal behavior. But that wasn't all: a breath alcohol test revealed a blood alcohol level of 0.74 per mille. Not only is this dangerous, it could cost him dearly!

The consequences are serious. The scooter driver was accompanied to the office, where a blood sample was taken. This blood test will now provide clarity about the man's exact alcohol and drug consumption and the impending legal consequences. The 40-year-old is now facing a series of criminal proceedings that could put him in dire straits!
