Olper fitness pioneer Olaf Hütte is moving to the banks of Biggesee!

Olpe.An exciting chapter begins for the Aktiva fitness studio! After 45 years at various locations, entrepreneur Olaf Hütte is moving his sports studio directly to the picturesque Biggesee. “The reasons are obvious,” explains Hütte, who with this step wants to create a state-of-the-art fitness experience in a central location.

Renovation work will begin in May and will bathe the Aktiva in a new, radiant light. The new name “Aktivaplus” will not only give the studio a fresh identity, but will also increase the space by a quarter! Members will soon be able to train on state-of-the-art equipment on an impressive 2,500 square meters, spread over two levels. A wellness area with sauna, solarium and massage table will round off the offer.

Large lakeside terrace as a unique selling point

A highlight will be the large lakeside terrace, which is a unique selling point for outdoor activities. “There are also surprises,” promises Hütte, who already has plans for padel tennis in the new premises. The synergies between the fitness studio and the adjacent hotel complex are also strengthened: hotel guests can look forward to free fitness offers, while members of the Aktiva im Brauhaus can benefit from special discounts.

Despite the extensive investments, the monthly contributions remain stable. And the Duo Card, a special 45th anniversary offer, remains valid until the end of the year. Hütte plans to organize the move so that members don't have to go without their beloved gym for long. If everything goes according to plan, the big reopening at Biggesee will be celebrated in July!
