Langenselbold. From November 29th to December 1st, the castle park in Langensbelbold is transformed into a sparkling Christmas paradise! Here, visitors can expect a dazzling sea of lights, the seductive fragrance of mulled wine and a variety of culinary delights. The Christmas market promises a festival for all the senses and invites you to enjoy the contemplative time to the fullest.

The city has put an exciting program on its feet: a ferris wheel, carousels and handmade handicrafts in the Herrnscheune! Art lovers can look forward to an impressive art exhibition in the castle, while a varied stage program ensures the best entertainment. For the little visitors there is the magical "Wichtelland" and cozy cafés in the Klosterberghalle and the local museum, which invite you to warm up. Around 100 stands offer Christmas joys for young and old!

Family program and creative offers

The ceremonial opening of the Christmas market will take place on Friday at 6 p.m. on the Christmas market stage. Previously, the traditional Santa Claus move moves from the marketplace to the market at 5:30 p.m., accompanied by happy music. Children can look forward to a shadow theater and a bazaar with homemade little things - the perfect place for families to warm up and take a little break. A game meeting will be held in the youth center on Friday, and on Sunday the little ones can bake their favorite cookies.
