Filling driver in Schöneberg: Four injured after horror accident!

A dramatic car accident shook the streets of Berlin-Schöneberg on Saturday evening! A 25-year-old raced at Roter Ampel with full force to the Potsdamer Straße and Pallassstraße intersection, where he collided with three vehicles. The Berlin police reported a chaos that developed in seconds.

Four occupants were injured in this terrible incident! Two of them-a 25-year-old and a 48-year-old-suffered such serious injuries that they urgently had to be taken to the hospital. A 31-year-old and his ten-year-old son, who also sat in one of the cars involved, also needed medical treatment. Fortunately, the injuries were not trapped and could quickly be freed from the vehicles, as a fire brigade spokesman said.

escape and impact

After initial investigations by the police, the young driver from Potsdamer Straße was traveling far too quickly and ignored the red traffic light signal. The impact was so violent that his car overturned and was thrown against the vehicles of a 48-year-old and an 82-year-old who had just passed the intersection. Particularly shocking: The passenger of the 25-year-old fled while the rescue workers arrived! A rescue helicopter ended up at the scene of the accident, but fortunately none of the injuries had to be transported. A total of 48 firefighters were on duty to cope with the situation.
