New development area In the Langen Nacht II in Hohenkemnath: all parcels assigned!

Hohenkemnath, Deutschland - In Hohenkemnath there is a real building boom! Almost all building plots in the new residential area "In Langen Nacht II" have already been awarded, and that shortly after the release! The demand is overwhelming, the development work has been completed and the new streets-Donatusstraße, Pfarrer-Lobinger-Straße and Hohen Straße-are ready for the first construction projects.

Mayor Albert Geitner, together with municipal councils and project participants, celebrated the symbolic opening of the construction site. Together they cut the barrier and opened the area for the new owners. An exciting moment for many new citizens who can now look forward to the adventure of the house building!

The construction area offers a total of 40 plots that are perfect for young families or barrier -free living. Five of these plots are even intended for residential buildings with up to six residential units. This means that the future residents are open to numerous options- from the charming family home to modern rental or condominiums. The municipality of Ursensollen has made a gold decision here to cover the living space!

Mayor Geitner thanked the development agents and planners for the smooth implementation of the project. The anticipation of the new life in Hohenkemnath is noticeable, and the first construction projects are already in the starting blocks!
