From now on, all drivers traveling from the Oberland to Austria must have winter tires! From November 1st, the selective winter tire requirement will take effect in Tyrol. This means that in winter conditions such as slush or ice, cars and trucks up to 3.5 tons must be equipped with winter tires. Anyone who thinks that the regulation is just a recommendation is wrong!
Checks are imminent
