Dramatic accident on B462: road users escape the worst!

Eschachtal, Deutschland - Again a drama on the B 462 near Dunningen! On Wednesday, around 1:55 p.m., it crashed unhappily at the Engel Hochwald inn, when three vehicles were involved in a chaotic series of accidents. The scenario: a car that was traveling in the fast lane had to stop abruptly because a vehicle in front of it wanted to turn left to the inn. An unexpected stop that made a traffic chaos!

The back driver could not register the sudden braking in time. In an attempt to prevent an impact, he tore the steering wheel around, brushed an oncoming vehicle and then inevitably slammed into the car in front of him. A nightmare in the lunchtime! Fortunately, however, every person remained unharmed, but the property damage remains unclear to date.

The consequences of the accident were devastating: the police had to temporarily redirect the traffic. In one direction, the vehicles backled until the departure to Villingendorf, while the other direction was blocked to the Dunningen departure. The traffic jam caused many drivers to despair and once again reminded of the dangers of the B 462 - a street on which people's patience is often required to the border.
