Drama on the streets of Heilbronn! A harmless turning maneuver by a 31-year-old Golf driver turned into a catastrophe on Monday afternoon. At 5:30 p.m. he decided to suddenly turn around on Neckartalstrasse - ignoring the solid center line! A 20-year-old motorcyclist was unable to brake in time and crashed into the turning VW. The impact was violent and resulted in serious injuries to the motorcyclist, who had to be taken to hospital. The material damage to the two vehicles? A shocking total of around 3,000 euros!
Break-in into construction container shocks the neighbors!
But that wasn't everything! At the weekend, a construction container in Heilbronn-Böckingen became the target of brazen burglars. Witnesses discovered on Monday morning that the lock on the container at the construction site on Lämlinstrasse had been broken and tools worth around 10,000 euros had been stolen. The police are now on the hunt for clues! Where were the witnesses when it happened? The Böckingen police station will accept information on 07131 204060.
But the nighttime adventures in Heilbronn didn't stop there! A mysterious accident damaged a parked VW Phaeton on Hans-Seyfer-Straße on Monday evening. An unknown large vehicle, probably a truck, hit the VW between 7:50 p.m. and 8:20 p.m. and drove away without leaving a trace. Once again the police and eyewitnesses are called upon!
And as if that wasn't strange enough, another strange traffic miracle occurred! An 18-year-old driver tried to escape Monday night after crashing an Audi Q8 that would have taken on his video game ancestors. After a dangerous maneuver on Fügerstrasse, the young man simply sped away after colliding with another car. But not for long! The police were quickly on his trail and caught him red-handed after he also crashed into a street lamp. The damage totaled a whopping 15,000 euros! A truly turbulent evening in Heilbronn!
